NewA new product line: Playbooks

One job. One method. $12.99.

Systematically produced task procedures, one job each, for the recurring work that needs a method, not a masterpiece.

Every Playbook follows the same template: who it is for, the philosophy in a paragraph, numbered steps, one worked example, and when not to use it. That is why they cost $12.99. When you need depth, the Tools are hand-built.

People Playbooks are structuring aids. They are not legal or HR advice. Playbooks vs Tools

Which one do you need?

A Playbook is a method for a job you do again and again: the follow-up email, the status report, the agenda. It is produced to a fixed template, one job each, and priced at $12.99 accordingly. It gets you from a blank page to a competent first pass, the same way every time.

A Tool is hand-built and goes deeper. It is written for the situations where the judgment matters more than the format: the senior hire, the pricing decision, the board pack. It costs $39 to $199 because it is made one at a time, with the failure modes worked through.

Where a Playbook sits next to a Tool, its page says so and says what it leaves out. If the work is routine, start with the Playbook. If a mistake would be expensive, use the Tool.
