How is this different from just asking Claude directly?
Asked cold, Claude writes one polite reminder or a stern letter. This builds the whole sequence, gives each message a separate job, keeps the facts identical across all three, and checks that the final message threatens only what you will actually do.
How is this different from a Tool?
