Do you work with agencies?
Yes. The audit and the skills work the same way whether the end client is you or one of yours, and we white-label the audit so it carries your name and your format. Skills can be built for a single client or as one shared set for your whole team. Scope and price are still fixed in writing before any work starts. Tell us on the scoping call how you plan to use the work, and we will scope it that way from the beginning.
Which assistants do the skills work with?
Claude natively, as Claude Skills you upload or drop into a skills folder. ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex and Cursor are covered through the open Agent Skills format, which is just a folder holding a SKILL.md text file. Every skill also ships as a plain .md you can paste into any assistant that accepts instructions. Because the files are text only, with no scripts or code, you can read every line before your team uses them. How closely an assistant follows a skill varies by model, which is why we publish how we test.
Who owns what you build?
You do, in full. The skills, frameworks and written deliverables we build for you are yours to use, edit, share inside your company and keep. We keep nothing proprietary: no locked formats, no hidden tooling and no ongoing dependency on us. Everything is delivered as plain text files you can open in any editor and load into any assistant, now or in five years, whether or not you ever work with us again.
Can we start smaller than the audit?
Yes, and the store is the smaller start. A ten-framework bundle is $29.99, Tools start at $39, and each Playbook is $12.99. A bundle and a handful of Playbooks cost less than one hour of consulting, so you can put real material in front of your team and see whether they use it. If they do, the audit or workshop is the natural next step. Nothing in the store commits you to anything else.
Is the workshop remote?
Both. The workshop runs on site or remote, for up to twelve people, as one working day. The structure is the same either way: interviews with three attendees beforehand, then a day built around your real work, with every attendee leaving with three skills for their own role. The difference is logistics, not content. Tell us on the scoping call which suits your team, and we will write it into the one-page scope.
What does "from $25,000" mean?
It is the floor for a single-function library, such as one department's frameworks and task skills. A wider scope costs more, because there are more functions to cover, more senior people to interview and more skills to build. Whatever the figure, scope and price are fixed in writing before any work starts, so there are no hourly overruns and no surprise invoices. The one-page scope names the deliverables, the timeline and the price, and you proceed only if you agree with all three.
