Full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
The policy
Email hello@authority.md within 30 days of purchase, from the email address you used at checkout, and ask for a refund. We do not ask why.
The refund is issued to your original payment method and is typically processed within 5 working days on our end. From there, Stripe's own timing applies — the money can take a further 5–10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
How it works with digital products
Everything we sell is a downloadable file — a framework, a Tool, or a bundle. There's nothing to physically return.
The refund is unconditional regardless. Files you've already received stay in your inbox; we don't ask for them back and we don't attempt to revoke access to what's already been delivered.
What we need from you
Just the email address you used at checkout. If you have it to hand, the order date or the name of the persona, Tool, or Bundle you bought helps us find your order faster — but it isn't required.
Scope
This policy applies to everything we sell: individual frameworks, Tools, and Bundles. It applies once per order.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
