The same good questions for every candidate, scored the same way.
A question set built from what one role actually requires, with probes, interviewer assignments, and score anchors for each answer.
Most interviews are a pleasant chat with a few questions remembered on the way in. Each candidate gets a different conversation, nobody wrote down what a good answer sounds like, and the decision comes down to who was easiest to talk to.
Interview Question Bank starts from the job. It turns what the role needs into past-behavior and situational questions, adds a follow-up probe to each, splits them across your panel, and writes a one to four scoring anchor so you can compare answers on the same terms.
What it produces.
- →Four or five role requirements written as things the person will do
- →Two questions per requirement, each with a follow-up probe
- →Interviewer assignments sized to your interview slot
- →A scoring anchor for every requirement, plus a screen that removes risky questions
- ✦Managers who interview a few times a year and improvise the rest
- ✦Small-business owners hiring without an HR team
- ✦Panels that need to compare candidates on the same questions

How is this different from just asking Claude directly?
Asked cold, Claude produces a list of generic interview questions for the job title. This builds questions from the specific outcomes you need in the first six months, adds probes and scoring anchors, and checks each question for fairness and legal risk before you use it.
How is this different from a Tool?
Playbooks are systematically produced to a fixed template and priced accordingly ($12.99). Tools are hand-built, one at a time, and go deeper ($39 to $199). A Playbook gives you a reliable method for routine work; a Tool is for when the judgment matters more than the format.
Will this work with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs?
Yes. You get a native Claude Skill (.zip) that auto-invokes in Claude, plus a plain .md you can paste into a ChatGPT Custom GPT, a Gemini system prompt, or any LLM. The procedure travels with the file.
Can I share this with my team?
It's licensed for your own personal and professional use. The output it produces is yours to circulate. To put the Playbook itself in the hands of a whole team, email hello@authority.md about team licensing.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If the file hasn't been delivered, or arrives defective or empty, we refund in full: see our refund policy.
