Ten minutes. Where we are, what changed, what's next.
A spoken all-hands talk of about 450 to 500 words, built around three questions the room is already asking, with likely questions and honest answers.
Most all-hands talks are a status deck read aloud, or a ramble that runs ten minutes over. Employees listen for three things: where do we stand, what is different, and what does it mean for me. Few talks answer any of them directly.
All-Hands Talk fixes the one line you want remembered, then writes three short sections around it. It includes one thing that is not going well, credits named people, adds the questions you will probably get, and trims the draft to a spoken length before you rehearse.
What it produces.
- →A ten-minute script in three sections
- →One memorable closing line to repeat
- →Three likely questions with short honest answers
- →A read-aloud check for jargon and unsupported claims
- ✦Founders running a monthly or quarterly company meeting
- ✦Executives presenting after a hard stretch or a change of direction
- ✦Leaders who tend to read slides or run long

How is this different from just asking Claude directly?
Asked cold, Claude writes a warm, generic speech with no bad news and no timing. This builds the talk around three questions, forces one thing that is not going well into the draft, and cuts it to a length you can actually say in ten minutes.
How is this different from a Tool?
Playbooks are systematically produced to a fixed template and priced accordingly ($12.99). Tools are hand-built, one at a time, and go deeper ($39 to $199). A Playbook gives you a reliable method for routine work; a Tool is for when the judgment matters more than the format.
Will this work with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs?
Yes. You get a native Claude Skill (.zip) that auto-invokes in Claude, plus a plain .md you can paste into a ChatGPT Custom GPT, a Gemini system prompt, or any LLM. The procedure travels with the file.
Can I share this with my team?
It's licensed for your own personal and professional use. The output it produces is yours to circulate. To put the Playbook itself in the hands of a whole team, email hello@authority.md about team licensing.
