Happy clients seldom refer, mostly because nobody asks in a way they can act on. "Know anyone who needs us?" sends them searching their memory, judging who qualifies, and writing the introduction themselves. Most will not.
Referral Request starts by checking that the client is genuinely pleased, then defines the introduction you want: a role, a company type, and a likely route. It writes a three-paragraph ask with an easy out, a 60-word blurb in the client's voice, and a single follow-up. Nothing in it asks for a name you cannot justify.

How is this different from just asking Claude directly?
Asked cold, Claude writes a warm but vague request that asks the client to think of anyone. This names the type of person you want, supplies a ready-to-forward blurb, and builds in an easy no.
How is this different from a Tool?
