No decision to make? Send an email. Otherwise, here is the agenda.

A meeting agenda built backward from the decision it exists to produce, with a trimmed invite list, a pre-read, and time-boxed items.

IncludedNative Claude Skill + plain .md for ChatGPT, Gemini & every LLM

Most agendas are lists of topics. Topics give people a reason to talk, not a reason to finish. The meeting runs long, the invite list is nine people because nobody wanted to leave anyone out, and everyone leaves with a pleasant feeling and no owner for anything.

Meeting Agenda starts with one sentence: what we will have decided by the end. It sorts invitees into deciders, input, and informed, names the one pre-read, and gives each item an owner, a time box, and a verb. Then it writes the invite text and the fallback if the decision stalls.

What you get

What it produces.

  • →A one-sentence decision statement for the meeting
  • →An invitee list sorted into deciders, input, and informed
  • →A time-boxed agenda where every item has an owner and a verb
  • →Calendar invite text with the pre-read and a fallback if the decision stalls
Who it's for
  • ✦Team leads whose recurring meetings overrun and end without decisions
  • ✦Project managers calling working sessions with a clear output
  • ✦Founders who want fewer, shorter meetings
Next to a Tool

This Playbook structures an agenda. It does not read the room. The Meeting Pre-Read Tool does that: it works out what each attendee actually wants, names the question you must be ready for, and maps where the conversation is likely to leave the plan. Meeting Agenda does not include any of that, so for a negotiation, a board call, or a meeting with tension under the surface, use the Tool.

Questions

Before you buy.

How is this different from just asking Claude directly?

Asked cold, Claude lists sensible topics with durations. This works backward from the decision, cuts the invite list, makes the pre-read a named task, and checks that every item leads to the decision. If there is no decision, it says so and drafts a written update.

How is this different from a Tool?

Playbooks are systematically produced to a fixed template and priced accordingly ($12.99). Tools are hand-built, one at a time, and go deeper ($39 to $199). A Playbook gives you a reliable method for routine work; a Tool is for when the judgment matters more than the format.

Will this work with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs?

Yes. You get a native Claude Skill (.zip) that auto-invokes in Claude, plus a plain .md you can paste into a ChatGPT Custom GPT, a Gemini system prompt, or any LLM. The procedure travels with the file.

Can I share this with my team?

It's licensed for your own personal and professional use. The output it produces is yours to circulate. To put the Playbook itself in the hands of a whole team, email hello@authority.md about team licensing.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If the file hasn't been delivered, or arrives defective or empty, we refund in full: see our refund policy.
