Four reviewers, eleven comments, one list of decisions.
Paste conflicting stakeholder feedback and get back a list sorted into what to do, what needs a decision, and what you are not doing.
After a review round, the temptation is to apply every comment in the order it arrived. When two reviewers want opposite things, the result pleases neither, and the next round starts with new comments about the compromise.
Feedback Consolidation logs each comment with its source, groups them by element, and sorts them into fixes, change requests, preferences, and questions. It names each conflict plainly, adds a recommendation tied to the brief, and assigns a decider and a date. Nothing is decided on anyone's behalf.
What it produces.
- →A numbered log of every comment with its source
- →Comments classified as fix, change, preference, or question
- →A list of conflicts with a recommendation and a decider
- →One decision list ordered: will do, needs a decision, not doing
- ✦Project managers handling multi-person approvals
- ✦Designers and writers receiving contradictory comments
- ✦Account leads who have to go back to the client with a clear question

Before you buy.
How is this different from just asking Claude directly?
Asked cold, Claude merges the comments into one tidy summary and may quietly pick a side. This keeps every comment accounted for, makes each contradiction visible, and sends the decision to the person with authority.
How is this different from a Tool?
Playbooks are systematically produced to a fixed template and priced accordingly ($12.99). Tools are hand-built, one at a time, and go deeper ($39 to $199). A Playbook gives you a reliable method for routine work; a Tool is for when the judgment matters more than the format.
Will this work with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs?
Yes. You get a native Claude Skill (.zip) that auto-invokes in Claude, plus a plain .md you can paste into a ChatGPT Custom GPT, a Gemini system prompt, or any LLM. The procedure travels with the file.
Can I share this with my team?
It's licensed for your own personal and professional use. The output it produces is yours to circulate. To put the Playbook itself in the hands of a whole team, email hello@authority.md about team licensing.
What if it doesn't work for me?
