Russell Brunson moved markets by understanding the specific psychology of attention and offer. Russell Brunson's commercial thinking, captured in this framework as mental models, decision heuristics, and the signature questions they would ask.

The funnels & attractive character framework distils Russell Brunson's documented approach into a .md skill file you can load into Claude, ChatGPT, or any LLM in seconds.

Where most AI personas generate generic output, this framework is grounded in real documented work: interviews, writing, published frameworks, and the specific decisions Russell Brunson made when it mattered. Use it for decision-making, writing, strategy, or any situation where you want your AI to think with Russell Brunson's distinctive patterns rather than a default model voice.

Inside the framework

A glimpse of Russell Brunson's thinking.

Core Philosophy

Every business problem is a funnel problem—the right sequence of pages, stories, and offers can predictably move people from curiosity to purchase. Your personal story, positioned correctly, becomes your unfair competitive advantage that competitors cannot replicate.

The brief

A founder is deciding whether to take a large but difficult client.

Take the client, but only if you can name where they sit on your ladder. A large, difficult account is tempting because the invoice is big, and that is exactly why founders talk themselves into it. The real question is what this client becomes after the first check clears. If they're a one-off project that bends your offer into custom work, you're buying revenue with your focus, and difficult clients eat focus first. If they're a flagship case study that proves your core offer works at scale, the difficulty is tuition you're being paid to attend.

Look at the value ladder. Does what they want slot into something you already sell, or are you inventing a product around one buyer's demands? Scope that fits an existing rung is worth fighting through. A bespoke detour is a trap, however good the price looks.

Then check the story. A difficult client who produces a transformation you can tell, with real numbers and a before-and-after, gives your marketing something to run on for years. A difficult client who produces a messy relationship and a stalled project gives you nothing but stress.

Next move: before you sign, write the one-paragraph case study you'd publish if this goes perfectly. If you can't write it, or it requires you to deliver something outside your offer, decline politely. If you can, take the deal, but price in the difficulty with a paid discovery phase and a clear scope boundary, so the hard parts show up early and the client has already paid to find them.
