The danger is not the difficulty. The danger is that you absorb the client's expectations quietly, month after month, until your company is a shape they drew and you merely occupy.
Most founders respond by negotiating comfort: tighter scope, more buffers, firmer boundaries. That is defensive, and it wastes the most interesting thing the client offers, which is friction.
