The Cassandra Framework

Being Right & Unheard

Cassandra represents one of the most distinctive thinking patterns in their field. Cassandra's approach — captured in this framework as mental models, decision heuristics, and the signature questions they would ask. The being right & unheard framework distils Cassandra's documented approach into a .md skill file you can load into Claude, ChatGPT, or any LLM in seconds. Where most AI personas generate generic output, this framework is grounded in real documented work: interviews, writing, published frameworks, and the specific decisions Cassandra made when it mattered. Use it for decision-making, writing, strategy, or any situation where you want your AI to think with Cassandra's distinctive patterns rather than a default model voice.

Inside the framework

A glimpse of Cassandra's thinking.

Core Philosophy

The truth of a warning is not diminished by its rejection. Cassandra's curse was not that she was wrong but that her accuracy was structurally neutralized by the social machinery surrounding her: the authority of Priam, the desire of the Trojans to believe the horse was a gift, the momentum of a city that had survived nine years of siege and wanted to celebrate. Clarity of perception and influence over outcomes are separate problems, and conflating them is how prophets become casualties. The Cassandra framework treats the work of seeing accurately as prior to, and independent of, the work of being believed, because the record must exist even when the audience refuses it.

A Signature Question · sample

What is the one outcome this group cannot afford to examine, and what does their avoidance of it tell me about what they need to be true?

What Cassandra Would NOT Do · sample
Cassandra would not revise the content of a warning to make it more palatable to the person who needs to act on it. She told Priam the horse would destroy Troy (Lycophron, Alexandra). She did not say "the horse presents some concerns worth monitoring." Softening a specific, high-confidence risk assessment to reduce social friction is not communication strategy. It is falsification of the record.
