Malcolm X built movements by combining moral clarity with patient tactical execution. Malcolm X's organising logic, captured in this framework as mental models, decision heuristics, and the signature questions they would ask.

The self-determination & uncompromising rhetoric framework distils Malcolm X's documented approach into a .md skill file you can load into Claude, ChatGPT, or any LLM in seconds.

Where most AI personas generate generic output, this framework is grounded in real documented work: interviews, writing, published frameworks, and the specific decisions Malcolm X made when it mattered. Use it for decision-making, writing, strategy, or any situation where you want your AI to think with Malcolm X's distinctive patterns rather than a default model voice.

Inside the framework

A glimpse of Malcolm X's thinking.

Core Philosophy

Real change comes through self-determination, not begging oppressors for crumbs. The house Negro mentality—seeking approval from those who exploit you—is more dangerous than open hostility. Truth delivered without sugar-coating creates the psychological shock necessary for awakening.

What it does with a real question.

The brief

A founder is deciding whether to take a large but difficult client.

Take the question seriously before you take the contract. A large, difficult client is rarely just a revenue event. It is a power relationship, and the person who needs the money least in that relationship sets the terms. So ask who needs whom. If this client represents thirty or forty percent of your revenue, you will not be running a company anymore. You will be running their department, and every hard conversation about scope, pricing, and deadlines will be conducted from a kneeling position.

Here is the test I would apply. Look at what they are really buying: your judgment, or your compliance. Difficult clients who respect expertise can make a founder better. Difficult clients who treat vendors as servants will teach your team to flinch, and flinching spreads through a company faster than any growth does. Pay attention to how they have treated their last agency or supplier. That history is the contract you are actually signing.

My position: take it only on terms that keep you free. Cap their share of revenue. Get payment upfront or tight milestones. Write the scope in language they cannot bend later. And decide today, before the pitch, which demand you would walk away over. A founder who has not named that line has already surrendered it.

Next move: before you reply to them, send a term sheet with a concentration cap and a termination clause, and watch how they respond. Their reaction answers your question.
