Can't I just prompt this myself?

What's actually inside a framework file?

Every .md file contains: YAML frontmatter (name, description, focus, category), core philosophy (2–3 sentences grounded in the person's documented worldview), five named mental models with concrete examples, decision heuristics, five signature questions in their voice, what they explicitly wouldn't do, a copy-paste activation prompt, and a worked example. Roughly 1,800–2,500 words, tightly structured so your AI can actually execute against it.

Will this work with Claude? ChatGPT? Gemini?

All of them. Each purchase includes two formats: a Claude Skill zip (works natively with Claude.ai Skills and Claude Code) and a plain .md file (works everywhere else). In Claude.ai, upload the .zip to Settings → Skills and Claude auto-invokes it when your question matches. In ChatGPT, paste the .md into a Custom GPT's instructions or add it as knowledge. For Gemini, Grok, or any agent framework, paste the .md into the system prompt. Full install instructions are included in the README inside every zip.

How is this different from a prompt template?

A prompt template says 'act as X'. A framework .md gives the AI specific mental models, decision rules, anti-patterns (what the person would NOT do), and signature questions — structured so the model reasons through them rather than just adopts a voice. It's the difference between impersonation and methodology.

Based on documented public work — books, interviews, letters, decisions, public statements. Every file ends with an attribution naming the primary sources. We frame these as 'inspired by the documented thinking of X' rather than 'be X', because (a) it's accurate and (b) it's the legally-sound position. This isn't channelling — it's distilling a mental-model toolkit from their visible body of work.

How fast is delivery?
